"Jen is always on point. Never a question there. On another note, the food. I've been here many, MANY times. I've always gotten bar food or appetizers. Wings, tenders, bites, tots, nachos etc. Tonight my friend and I got sandwiches. He got the House burger and I got the Cubano. They came out at the same time. He decided to eat his on site and I decided to take mine to go. Before he dug in I got a good look at his burger. It looked amazing. He started in and three bites deep I couldn't help myself. Between his reaction, and my preconceived beliefs based on it's looks, I had to try it. He offered me a bite and I did not hesitate. This was arguably the best burger I've ever had. The bacon was perfect and the beef was also. Everything else was just singing backup here, but it worked in perfect harmony. Great beef, with great flavor. The rest were a perfect complement. A top 3 burger I've ever had. When I got home, I anxiously got to my Cubano. I feared I'd be underwhelmed after experiencing that house burger. I was NOT underwhelmed. This sandwich was unbelievable. It's a classic Cuban with a couple subtle twists. Small but undeniable. The pork and ham were perfect, with spicy pickles, mustard, and a garlic aioli. The juices from the meat mixed with the sauces and were an absolute astonishing combination with the pickles and meats. 10/10. You definitely have to experience these two sandwiches. Hopefully every cook on every shift takes the same pride as our cook did, because you are in for a real treat is you get what we got! Enjoy."
